Chloe Yau
Chloe is a rising junior majoring in Community, Youth, Education Studies at Clark University. In the future, she aspires to work in NGOs or as a researcher in education related fields. She enjoys exploring different coffee shops around the neighborhood, working out, and binge-watching Netflix in her free time. “Art is crucial to every single human being because colors are what make this world more fruitful despite all the blood, sweat, tears in this world. Art enables people to express themselves when words fail to.”
May Bees
May is a Studio Art major at Clark University. After graduating in 2023, May hopes to move forward to work in art education while they pursue their masters degree. In their free time, they enjoy painting with friends, gardening, and reading. “Art has always been important to me as a tool for self-expression and communication, as well as a means of bringing joy to myself, friends and family.”
Emmett Cashman
Emmett is a rising senior at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY majoring in Russian Studies and minoring in Music Performance. Upon graduating, he hopes to attend grad school and work as an educator of language and/or music. In his free time, Emmett enjoys playing music with friends, studying old maps, and watching soccer. “Art is important to me for so many reasons! Not only does it enable me to share deep emotions and experiences with others, but it also encourages me to constantly explore new things.”
