• Complete Your Required Forms and bring them with you to training:

  • Main IDEA Policy Form
  • Main IDEA CORI Form
  • WPS CORI Form
  • Photocopy/Photo of a state-issued I.D. or Passport

• We’ll connect with you to learn more about your interests and skills
• Well match you with a program and set up your volunteer schedule!
